
Special Diet Accommodations
The Child Nutrition Department has a Registered Dietitian on Staff that are here to assist students that have special medical needs that may require special dietary accommodations. We will work with the parents/guardians, school nurses, and the student's health practitioners to develop a customized menu to meet their needs.
If your student has any Special Dietary Accommodations, please complete the appropriate form (see links below) and submit to your school nurse office.

All sections must be completely filled out before the form is accepted. Accommodations may take up to 15 business days to be processed.
